THANK YOU!
Dear Team DPS,

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing up in support of our students, teachers, and schools. On Tuesday, Denver voters passed ballot measures 4A and 4B with the largest margin of support for bond and mill levy funding since 1990. In a week full of high emotions and uncertainty across the nation, our community’s steadfast commitment to children remains clear and fills me with hope.

The support for these measures demonstrates that DPS is a central part of our community, with more than 93,000 students representing the future of our city, our state and our country. In this challenging year, when education funding has proven to be more crucial than ever, we can now look ahead to delivering these promised investments into our schools. These critical resources include full-time nurses, expanded ECE programs, increased access to technology, air conditioning in more schools, and much more.

We’ll be providing more information soon about the next steps for implementing these investments with fidelity and transparency, and how you can be involved. Visit bond.dpsk12.org to keep up with the latest developments.

For now, please accept my sincerest gratitude for your vote of support and for your ongoing commitment to DPS students.

Warm regards,
Susana
