Repopulation teams to prepare
for return to campuses R
Teams are being created to prepare for a return to the campuses when public health conditions allow. The teams, similar to the Rapid Response teams that met last year, will plan for a fuller return to the campuses for the fall semester depending on the public health situation.

The teams and their leads are:
  • Facilities and Campus Safety: Sahar Abushaban, Bill McGreevy, Nicole Salgado
  • Employee Relations: Tim Corcoran
  • Instruction: Alicia Munoz and Marshall Fulbright, along with Academic Senate Presidents Denise Schulmeyer and Manuel Manillas-Gomez
  • Student Services: Jessica Robinson and Aaron Starck.

The campus and student technology needs will be factored in for all teams. Constituent groups will be represented, but the teams will remain small for scheduling reasons. Team meetings can be viewed on YouTube.

The teams were asked to present their final reports by March 26.
Reminder: Mind your protocols
As the spring semester begins, this is a reminder that the health and safety protocols for the campuses are still in place.

  • Only approved employees are permitted to be on the campuses. All other employees must obtain approval from President’s Cabinet or Chancellor’s Cabinet before coming to campus.
  • Anyone coming to the campuses must have their temperature checked when they arrive. Temp checks are available at the CAPS office on each campus.
  • A face covering must be worn while on campus.
  • All those on campus should practice social distancing, keeping six feet away from others.
  • Wash your hands often.
Train how to Zoom safely

Participants will learn how to properly schedule a secure session and learn how to quickly remove attendees who disrupt or disturb your events and sessions in just a few quick clicks. Attendees will receive a copy of the PowerPoint and additional resources post-session. Please contact Nashona Ann Andrade directly if the session dates and times do not work for you.
