"CANDY CANE CHRISTMAS DRAWING"
HOSTED BY THE LIBERTY-DAYTON AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
FRIDAY, DEC. 11, 2020 | 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
at the Chamber office - 1801 Trinity Street in Liberty.
In place of our Annual Steak Dinner/'500' Drawing and Auction Fundraiser, normally held each year during July or August, our Executive Officers and Board of Directors are planning a smaller version of the event for the holidays, known as the Candy Cane Christmas Drawing. The target date is Friday, December 11, 2020 at or near the Chamber office in Liberty.

This drawing will have some nice prizes (current items are listed below) including several VISA gift cards provided by our sponsors. Tickets this time will cost less than last year at $20.00 each, or you can get six for $100.00 (bonus ticket!).

You do not have to be present to win. Tickets will be on sale soon after we receive them from the printer. Payment will be made by cash, credit card or check and payment for tickets must be received before they are entered into the drawing.
We may add additional items to the drawing as the date of the event nears. Food will be available for purchase (more details to come regarding that) and everything else right now will be a surprise!

The drawing can be held in view of those attending, and KSHN.COM - RadioVision is on board to help stream the drawing live for everyone to see the winners!

The Chamber holds events such as this to supplement dues paid by our members. This year, COVID-19 has negatively affected our regular events (and everyone else's) so while we remain compliant with current state and local requirements regarding large public gatherings, our events have to be altered as well.

We hope this year's Candy Cane Christmas Drawing is a worthy and enjoyable activity as we close out 2020.

TO ALL AMERICAN PICKERS FANS!
Mike and Frank from the popular American Pickers television show will be back in Texas during November looking for "different, unusual, and unique items" to pick. Specifically, they're looking for interesting characters with interesting items, and lots of them! Private collections only. If you match the criteria, or know someone who does, contact the show with details.
Save money on payment processing and contribute funds to the Chamber with Clearent Payment Solutions.

Clearent Payment Solutions is a credit card processing company and a member of our chamber.
When a business, referred by a Chamber member, converts their payment processing to Clearent, the company (Clearent) will pay a percentage of that businesses' processing cost to the Liberty-Dayton Area Chamber. The business will be saving money and at the same time, the Chamber will be adding revenue. This is at no cost to the business owner (and a lower percentage rate).

To make a referral:
Send e-mail to alandry@clearent.com with the business and contact's name, phone number or e-mail. In the subject line, state "LDACC referral". That is all that is needed. Once approved, the Chamber begins increasing revenue. In addition, Clearent will provide a free terminal to each referral. They will get next day funding and an online tracking portal. Please direct questions to Andrew J. Landry at 832.322.6948.
