The hazardous waste regulations of the USEPA mandate initial and annual training for the facility personnel of a large quantity generator (LQG) of hazardous waste. In this article I identify and explain what training is required, for which personnel, the required content of the training, and recordkeeping. This article also explains the new allowance under the Generator Improvements Rule for online training. Read more here.
