SGL Guide: Family Matters - Week 2
Hey Parents! We’re moving on to our next week in our series about family called Family Matters. This week, we’re focusing on the way God can use, love, and impact a family, even when it’s a fractured family. We’re praying for you as you guide this important conversation with your students at home.

Since we are not having small groups quite yet, we wanted to resource you just like we would resource a small group leader so that you can break down the lesson at home with your family!

GOAL OF SMALL GROUP

To help students understand that problems or pain in their family story doesn’t discount their family from being part of God’s story.

BOTTOM LINE

Your family matters even though it's fractured.

THINK ABOUT THIS

This was a heavier week when it comes to the brokenness we can all find in our families. Remind students that family needs to be a safe space to talk about some of our most difficult issues. Know that if you need help in talking through family issues with your student, we are more than happy to help.
