Hyundai & Genesis Technical Support for the Certified Network

Hyundai and Genesis have introduced new technical support resources for Hyundai’s network of Recognized shops. Assured Performance is pleased to announce that shops can submit technical questions pertaining to the repair of Hyundai and Genesis vehicles directly to the OEMs. This support is made available exclusively to the Hyundai network of collision repair centers. NEW Program Announcement

Nissan and INFINITI recently announced the new Nissan VIP Advantage Card program, offered exclusively to their network of Certified shops. The VIP Program promotion focuses on increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing shops’ relationships with local dealers. The VIP Advantage Card is a digital card that is stored on the customer's smartphone "digital wallet" (i.e., Apple Wallet and Google Pay). Service offers are loaded to the digital card, and the customer presents this card during their next service visit to their local Nissan Dealer. Stay tuned for details as this exciting program rolls out!

State Farm Locator Update
Kia is pleased to announce its Recognized Network of shops will now be displayed in the State Farm Repair Assistant Locator. Now when State Farm customers look for a shop to repair their Kia, Nissan, or FCA/Stellantis vehicle, these Certifications will appear along with your shop information. For more information about this, please contact your State Farm representative.
