To Staff and the Twin Rivers School Community,
We continue to plan for a January reopening, and as promised, we want to keep you posted regarding our progress and public health directives as we journey together down the Road to Reopening. Right now and as we prepare to return to in-person hybrid learning in January, our work is best summed up as planning, preparing, and poised to pivot.
That said, as the news media is reporting, Sacramento County, thus our schools, have returned to the purple health tier, based on an increase in positive COVID-19 tests. We will continue to plan to return to small group, in-person instruction on Jan. 19 in hopes the county will return to red status by December-end. The county must be in the red tier for 14 days for us to open in January. We will monitor this situation closely and keep you posted all along the way.
