VISTA MATTERS: Flourishing in February
"Garden as though you will live forever." – William Kent
Yoga @ VISTA This Saturday

Start your weekend on the right foot by joining us for yoga in the garden. Breathe in the fresh garden air and releasing the stress of a busy week.

The class is FREE and open to everyone - whether it's your first class or you are a regular practitioner, we hope you will join us for this wonderful experience.

All you need to bring is a mat (or towel) and an openness to try something new. If you are concerned about flexibility, a folding chair also is a good tool to bring as it will expand your positional options.
