If you or your child tests positive or has had an exposure to anyone who has, please contact Nurse Taylor ( [email protected]) and me, ( [email protected]). Keep your child home.
During the school day, if you receive a phone call from the school nurse asking you to pick up your child because he/she has one or more COVID symptoms, please do so within 30 minutes. We are in the midst of a pandemic. The school nurses have rules and regulations from the state that need to be followed. It is mandatory that you pick up your child. It is not optional. You must come or have a designee who you can send in your place. Please develop a plan for your family in case this happens.
We have worked diligently to put precautions in place. We hope to keep our school open and not revert to remote learning like last school year. The safety of your child is of upmost importance to us. Wear your masks, keep out of crowds, wash and sanitize your hands often, and observe social distancing.
There will be an Early dismissal on Wednesday, November 25, the day before Thanksgiving. There is NO EXTENDED DAY program that day. Please be on time for pick up. School is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on November 26-27.
We go outside as often as possible daily. The weather is getting colder. Please be sure your child has the proper clothing.
