Welcome to the May 2021 edition of Bankers Title Shenandoah's Agency Manager's Summary. Please click HERE to review our financial statements and the Member Premium Report for April.

Premiums for the month of April totaled $170,010. Non-Member premiums were $110,026 or 64% of the total premiums. Member bank premiums were $59,984. Both First Bank and the Bank of Clarke County had strong months in terms of referrals to the agency.

Please keep in mind that the agency is available to process commercial transactions. Bankers Title Shenandoah receives referrals from attorneys on a regular basis to underwrite commercial deals. As you can see by the list below, most of our commercial referrals are coming from Non-Owner sources. The premiums for commercial transactions add up quickly and would definitely help us reach our premium goals for the year.
