Traffic Signal Work at Mallory Street Bridge To Impact Traffic
Beginning as early as this afternoon through Saturday July 17
HAMPTON - Construction crews continue work on traffic signal relocation, as part of the Mallory Street bridge replacement project, this afternoon/evening and overnight.

During this work, both sets of traffic signals at Mallory Street bridge (south side of the bridge where the I-64 eastbound off-ramp intersects S. Mallory Street; and north side of the bridge where the I-64 westbound off-ramp intersects S. Mallory Street and Segar Street) will be out of operation.

Both sets of lights will be flashing to warn motorists to use caution at the intersections, and City of Hampton police officers and HRCP traffic control will be in place to assist in keeping traffic flowing on Mallory Street bridge this afternoon and evening.

Signal work should be completed, and traffic signals on both sides of the Mallory Street bridge should be in normal operation, on Saturday, July 17th.
