The Illinois Arts Council will release the FY21 Program Grant Application and Guidelines next Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
Please be aware pre-qualification through the State of Illinois Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) as well as an active SAM registration and CAGE Code will again be requirements for all Program Grant Applicants. Please note that SAM registration must be updated/renewed at least every 12 months from the date you previously registered to maintain active status.
The IACA recommends that applicants start this process as soon as possible to allow time to address requirements related to their pre-qualification status. The IACA will not be able to consider an application for funding until the applicant has completed this step. To obtain a pre-qualification status, go to the Grantee Portal (https://grants.illinois.gov/portal). Refer to the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act/GATA page on the IACA website for more information.
