Step 2- Talk about the lesson

Discussion Guide After watching the introduction video, use the discussion guide to talk, reflect, and learn more about the Old Testament story.

Step 3 - Put it into practice

Where Faith Meets Life Practice Each week there will be a Where Faith Meets Life Practice for each student to complete. Completion of the practice is how we will track participation and attendance. These practices are designed to help students connect the lesson for the week with everyday life. Old Testament Practice - Moses and the Wanderings: Think of a time when you felt anxious or nervous, but trusted God was helping, guiding, and supporting you. Use one, two, or all three of the following questions to reflect on this memory. How did you grow from the experience? How did your trust in God help? What did you learn from the experience? Please turn in your responses no later than next Tuesday, February 9. You can submit your responses by email to anorlinweaver@augustana.com.

Open for all students in grades 7-12, we will meet on ZOOM to learn who we are sending mail to and work together to get our mailings started. Email Abby by February 18 if you’d like to participate.
