Discounted Taunton Magazine Subscriptions
DEADLINE February 15, 2020
Once again, we’re taking orders for Taunton magazines at special group rates. These rates represent a 20% discount off the regular subscription prices and are applicable to both new and renewal subscriptions on any magazine that Taunton publishes. Since we do this only once a year, in February, you may wish to renew now, even if your subscription expires mid-year – Taunton will simply add to your current term.

About Event Registrations
The new event system lacks a useful feature we have had in the past...
the ability for members to see how many and who has registered for any given event.
Registration lists are available to system administrators in the backend of the NeonCRM. However, backend data is not available on frontend forms like you find at
gnhw.org/events. There are many positives to NeonCRM over membership systems we have used in the past, but this is not one of them.
- I have submitted a feature request to Neon management to give logged in members access to registrant data on frontend forms.
- I am also exploring how we could use an existing Neon API to retrieve and display event registrant information to logged in members.
The bottom line is that although this is a top-of-the-list issue for me, it may not have an easy near term solution.

Guild Branded Merchandise
The Guild has sold guild branded shirts and hats at cost to the membership for many years. Sales have generally been confined to meetings, Sunapee, symposia and other events.
A few years back, we added an online store using Square as a shopping cart service. In bringing NeonCRM online, we have also moved the online store out of Square and into NeonCRM to...
- Simplify the backend administration
- Integrate the store into our website
- Unify the payment experience with the membership system
You can order from the
online store or contact
Bob Wyatt at
merchandise@gnhw.org. He may be able to bring an item to a mutual meeting.
