Prior to establishing Schnapp Mediation & Arbitration, Marshall was a mediator, arbitrator, banking and municipal ombudsman and workplace / human rights investigator with ADR Chambers for five years and Solution ADR for three years, respectively. He was also an investigator for the College of Nurses for a year and an associate lawyer at a prominent Bay Street litigation firm for four years. Connect with Marshall on LinkedIn.

Since most plaintiffs are not used to being involved in personal injury matters, they may view the steps in the litigation process as having to wrangle with insurance providers and having to hop through legal hoops as they advance their claims. Getting everything out of the way at once may be very appealing to them.
