Mental Health Medications: an overview
REPLAY July 12th to July 26th 2022
This virtual workshop originally was presented by Lori Nichols January 10th, 2022.
It provided an overview of the three most common classes of psychotropic medications that are used with children and youth:
Antidepressants, Antipsychotics, and Stimulants

Open to all Vancouver Island foster parents, social workers, out of care/kinship caregivers, adoptive families, and staffed resource employees.
Registrants will receive an email with the link to access the REPLAY.
The recording will be available to view at your own pace for two weeks from Tuesday July 12th to Tuesday July 26th, 2022.
Lori Nichols, RN, MS, has over 30 years experience as a mental health nurse working with children and families in child welfare, health care settings, and school systems. Her philosophy of care is grounded in resilience, trauma-informed care, and neurobiological knowledge.
