Hello,
On behalf of the Office of New Student & Leadership Programs (also known as
Team NSLP), welcome to Tulane and to your first Navigator e-newsletter! The Navigator will arrive in your inbox on the 1st and 15th of each month throughout the summer with information to help you prepare to join the Tulane community. Once the fall semester begins, we'll keep you informed with monthly emails to let you know what's going on around campus.
We encourage you to pay special attention to the "Dates & Deadlines" section of the Navigator. Each issue will highlight what's around the corner so you can stay on track. If you're not yet utilizing our
New Student Checklist, start today!

OMA Program for New Students
The Office of Multicultural Affairs is excited to welcome you to campus, and we look forward to
connecting with all students through our programs next fall. We offer a number of leadership opportunities like the Community Engagement Advocates, our Ambassador Program, The Multicultural Leadership Retreat and more. We know that the first semester of college can be a major transition, and we have two programs that may be of interest to help make the transition smoother. Please apply if you are interested. Space is limited.
The Center for Intercultural Life Peer Mentor Program
The goal of the Peer Mentor Program is to pair incoming first-year students with upper-class student mentors who serve as coaches, role models, advisers, guides, and a support network to facilitate transitioning into Tulane collegiate life.
