Dear Members,

We hope this update continues to find those close to you healthy and well!

While the past two months have been a challenge to our norms, we now have scheduled dates for when all of our club's amenities will reopen. We look forward to welcoming our members back to all of their favorite summer activities in a safe manner! Thank you for your patience, understanding and loyalty throughout.

In light of last Thursday's announcements from Governor DeWine, along with last evening's release of sector specific operating guidelines from the Ohio Department of Health, the following is an update regarding programming and access to our club's amenities:


Golf

  • Golf will continue operating in the same manner as current, with the Pro Shop, Driving Range and Short Game Complex now open.
  • With an increased demand for tee times, guests are not yet permitted. Accompanied guest play will resume on June 2. Social greens fees will return to $90 for 18 holes on June 2. Social members may now play up to 5 times between June 2 and September 30.
  • Bag Storage and club cleaning services have resumed.
  • Locker Rooms and shower areas are now open. Shoe cleaning services will not be provided at this time.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at points of frequent contact.

Golf Tournaments

  • The Men's Old Pal random draw will be conducted this Sunday. Ladies' draw will occur on Sunday, May 24. There will be no draw parties.
  • Men's Sweepstakes is planned to be conducted as scheduled June 13-14 without a draw party.
  • The Sadie Hawkins tournament has been rescheduled for Sunday, June 28.
  • Men's Invitational signups will begin Saturday, June 20 at 6:00pm. This year's registrations will be conducted online. Additional details will be sent out from Dan Gage in a future communication.

Tennis/Pickleball

  • The outdoor tennis and new clay pickleball courts are currently open for recreational play by members living in the same household.
  • Full tennis and pickleball will return on May 26, the earliest date permitted by the Ohio Department of Health.
  • Junior tennis programming will return May 26.
  • The Bubble is planned to be brought down on May 20, weather pending.

Fitness

  • The Fitness Center, along with group fitness classes, will reopen on May 26, the earliest date permitted by the Ohio Department of Health.
  • Kids Zone will reopen June 1.
  • Locker Rooms and showers will be open. Saunas will remain closed at this time.

Dining

  • The Veranda is now open. The Dining Room and Men's Grill will reopen Thursday, May 21. Carryout and delivery service will continue.
  • Private events and weddings of a limited nature are planned to resume May 21. Please contact Jody Unger with specific questions regarding future private events here.
  • All quarterly food & beverage minimums that ended this past March, April or May will now expire on June 30.

Pool

  • The pool is now slated to open May 26. This opening date is subject to our ability to conduct lifeguard training classes, which have not been available these past two months. A separate email regarding safe pool operations will be sent out in advance of opening.
  • A decision regarding this year's Swim & Dive Teams is expected to be made this coming Tuesday.

Social Events / Junior Programming

  • The 4th of July Fireworks Celebration, previously scheduled for Sunday, June 28, has been rescheduled to Labor Day Weekend - Friday, September 4.
  • The Junior Camp scheduled for June 9-12 will be conducted as scheduled. An additional camp has now been scheduled for June 23-26.


We expect the aforementioned rules to change over time as government and health officials revise their orders. Please know we will continue to adapt quickly.
