Kauai Board of REALTORS® Monthly
NOVEMBER 2020 OFFERING THANKS TO THOSE WHO THANKLESSLY SERVE
November 3, 2020
LETTER FROM KBR EXECUTIVE OFFICER, Karen Ono:
Dear KBR Members and Affiliates:

As we start the last quarter of 2020, we reflect on what we have done and what we need to accomplish in the next few months.

The “Year of the Unicorn” or “Advancing What is Thought To be Unachievable” became reality in March with COVID 19 at our heals. The island was notified to ‘shelter in place’ and businesses were closed. The goal of hosting REALTOR® meetings between communities throughout the island became 100% virtual. The learning curve for everyone had to be immediate in order to keep our membership and community aware of what was happening throughout the real estate industry.

LETTER FROM KBR PRESIDENT, Julian A. Coiner:

Aloha REALTOR® Members and Affiliate Members:

We’ve all concluded the 3rd quarter of 2020 riding the roller coaster that is before us while also being mindful of the requirements and expense that it takes to remain licensed as a REALTOR® in Hawaii. Both HAR and KBR report that the number of licensees who have yet to complete their required Continuing Education is staggering. Please go to your individual MyPVL account and select your My Continuing Education (CE) tab to view your CE history and determine if you have met your required CE.
