You are Our "Connector" to National Level Corporate Sponsors
The SCORE Foundation has successfully converted many corporate introductions that YOU have personally brought to us into signed Sponsorships at the national level. Altria, Dell Technologies and Equitable Foundation are just a few! And we sincerely thank these chapters: Richmond, Austin and Charlotte for those valuable introductions! So often, the companies in your community wish to explore a broader relationship – and we are here to start that conversation.

Guidance on Establishing Client Grants and Awards
Many of our SCORE chapters and districts have achieved great success hosting Biz-Pitch, Shark Tank, and other similar competitive educational events.
Given the popularity of these of events, and the questions that have emerged about if and how SCORE is able to provide financial awards to event participants, we are sharing guidelines on how to establish these awards and steps you should take to avoid conflict of interest.
The guidance clarifies the difference between a grant and an award, and it provides a clear checklist of items for award allowability.
If your chapter is planning to host a competitive educational event that includes awards, please review the guidance on the support center and let us know if you have any questions.
