Break the Mould: Canadian Soccer Olympian Karina LeBlanc

Sponsored by RPIA
There are soccer goals and then there are life goals. According to Karina LeBlanc, knowing your why is key to achieving both, wherever the field of play.

As an Olympic medalist who participated in two Olympic Games and five FIFA World Cups, LeBlanc’s athletic career spanned more than 17 years at the international level.

Today, she participates in global leadership initiatives that promote women’s empowerment through soccer in 41 countries. LeBlanc is also a motivational speaker who inspires and challenges people to live life purposefully.

Take note of her lessons learned and the barriers she faced as an immigrant and a woman of color. Consider how the skills LeBlanc developed for success in the sports arena apply to achievements in finance and in life.
