New research published by a team including USC Price's Moussa Diop shows minimum wage increases can help low-income workers pay rent and avoid eviction. However, the researchers also found that landlords begin raising rent in response to the wage increase after about three months. Read more >

A law passed in 2014 aims to protect California’s precious groundwater resources. Price Associate Professor William Leach and Professor Shui-Yan Tang evaluated its progress so far.
