This info sheet can help you navigate the numerous post-town meeting legal requirements found in Vermont statutes, even if your annual meeting will take place later in in the year.

Municipal Assistance Center staff continue to be very busy answering questions about town meeting and COVID-19. If you have an urgent legal matter about another topic and haven’t received a response from MAC, please contact your municipal attorney. To provide improved service to our members, VLCT has hired a new MAC attorney who is now on staff.
