CMS has published an update of the  2021 Quality Reporting Document Architecture (QRDA) Category III Implementation Guide (IG), Schematrons, and Sample Files for EP/EC Programs. The 2021 CMS QRDA III IG includes updates for the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Alternative Payment Model (APM) Performance Pathway (APP). This publication also includes relevant updates made for the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) and Primary Care First (PCF) Model.

Earn your last payment in the 
Illinois Medicaid PI Program!
We have entered the LAST Attestation Year for the Illinois Medicaid PI Program. The attestation period for the 2021 program year started May 1, 2021 and ends August 31, 2021. The latest possible 90-day EHR reporting period is June 2, 2021 through August 30, 2021.

Medicaid Provider Incentive Payments states that no payment may be made after CY2021. It is for this reason that the attestation periods for the final program year have been condensed. We encourage you to attest early since this is the end of the program and there will not be any extensions.
