Bozho,
The Spring semester is in full swing, and we are grateful to be together in person. The Native Nations Law and Policy Center has a full semester of programming, activities, and courses planned. Two stellar NALSA students, Grace Carson and Alyssa Sanderson, represented UCLA at the National Native American Law Students Association Annual Moot Court Competition this weekend. We hope all the participants had a fun and fulfilling event. Speaking of oral advocacy, the U.S. Supreme Court has a busy docket with Indian law cases. As we track and absorb recent briefings and oral arguments, we are building our speaker series to highlight the numerous important issues being considered before the highest court. Stay tuned for dates on exciting panels to come.
