We usually bake a little too much bread, mostly baguettes, for our late customers (City Harvest is the beneficiary of our extra breads). But, sometimes, after we have closed, someone comes by and STILL wants fresh bread, very frustrating for them and for us. If I had my "druthers", I would have this machine right outside Silver Moon, available for midnight owls, nocturnal strollers, etc. But, alas, no room, not a possibility. But if it were, what fun!
