USF Dining Services staple Aramark has donated 650 pounds of food to the Feed-A-Bull pantry. Due to the increased need, the pantry has expanded its reach beyond students and has opened its shelves to faculty and staff during the pandemic.

The USF College of Nursing's nurse anesthesia program director Michelle Canale, DNP, CRNA, APRN, has been accepted into a competitive fellowship designed for promising academic nursing leaders.

Dr. Canale will be part of the 2020-2021 class of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing's Elevating Leaders in Academic Nursing program. The on-site portion of the program is scheduled for November in Minnesota.

USF College of Nursing doctoral student Rebecca Koerner was recently awarded the January 2020 CastleBranch GNSA scholarship through the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.

She was one of two students chosen from more than 100 applicants. Two $2,500 scholarships are given out each semester, with a total of four scholarships each year.
