WEBINAR
Demystifying the Impact of Private Markets in ESG and Climate

Sponsored by ISS ESG
ESG investing represents a fundamental shift across all asset classes, globally. Almost one-third of public market capital is committed to ESG and impact investments.

A similar development is underway in the private markets, where demand for alternative assets is rising at exponential rates, with the current market at $7.4tn and expected to rise to $13tn by 2025 (Morgan Stanley). As private equity and alternative asset firms pivot to an increased focus on sustainability, they must also adjust to a long-term, forward-thinking framework.

Take a deeper dive into these topics in sustainable investing in the private markets:

  • Headwinds and tailwinds facing ESG and the private investing landscape
  • Launching a successful ESG and impact strategy in the alternative space and managing shareholder expectations on returns
  • Improving ESG performance of portfolio companies and ongoing portfolio monitoring and valuation
  • Key global trends in ESG (e.g., climate change and the path to net zero, corporate governance, ESG disclosures and regulation, ESG engagement and integration)

Please email your questions to chicago@100women.org by Monday, June 28, 2021 or you may submit them during the webinar.
