When you go into your child's room this month, say, "Good morning, [child's name]! The moon went down and the sun came up! Who made the sun, moon, and stars? God did! Who made you? God did! Who made everything? God made everything!"
Cuddle with your child this month and pray, "Dear God, please help us remember that You are always with us so we can be strong, courageous, and brave, no matter what comes our way. We love You, God! In Jesus' name, amen."
As you drive, encourage your child to name the places he/she sees by saying, "God is with me at the gas station. God is with me at the grocery store. God is with me at the park."
Tell your child to choose a special toy to hold throughout bath time. Tell them that they cannot let go of it. It has to stay with them until bath time is over. As you help dry your child off, tell them good job for always keeping the object with them. Then tell them that there is someone who is ALWAYS with them too. God! God is always with us!
