What a glorious month for all things gardening with warm days, cool nights and daylight savings still with us.

 
Like the rest of us, mealybugs love living in San Diego. These pests can be found on landscape plants and  indoor house plants all year long.
 
Question: 
I found brown widow egg sacs in my yard near our patio and our kids' toys. What should we do?   
 
Answer:
Don't panic. Likely the hatched spiders will be more afraid than you are.
