Take Themselves to Work!
In 2017 alone, REACH (Resources for Employment, Access, Community Living and Hope):
  • provided web-based information to 650 youth
  • trained 5,491 families and 2,445 youth/young adults with disabilities on transition-related topics
  • provided 13,728 families with information on transition

REACH has also published the Family Guide to Transition Services in New Jersey , aimed at making the complicated journey through transition easier for families by providing a cohesive document on the transition process, services, and supports available in the state. The interactive flipbook and pdf versions are both available digitally; paper copies are available at workshops and conferences for attendees. The Spanish version (digital and print) of the guide is set to be available this summer.
On this day when we take our kids to work to teach them values, diligence, and to nurture their ambitions, we also thank our donors for showing how they value our diligence in the work we do to help all of our kids achieve their ambitions!

A warm pat on the back to you all,
