Printed COVID-19 survey
The GW Cancer Center and the Commission on Cancer are conducting a study to better understand cancer survivor experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. We want all cancer survivor voices and perspectives across U.S. states, tribes, and territories to be included. We ask providers to paste the survey link in your patient newsletter or in an email to your patients who have completed cancer treatment. For more information, contact Mandi Pratt-Chapman, PhD.
