Fine Arts Night Performance Sign Up
On March 31st from 3:00-6:00 we are hosting our Fine Arts Night! If you haven't heard anything about it yet, there will be visual arts set up in the commons area and PK-1st grade wings of 1st floor. In the Good Shepherd Corner across from the prayer room, students have the opportunity to perform on an instrument they've been practicing and/or taking lessons on.

Mrs. Utrie has already communicated to the students who take piano lessons during the school day about this opportunity. Band students have been working on exercises or solos to perform. If there is anyone else who takes lessons not at school but would like to sign-up and perform, they're more than welcome to.

5 minute time slots are available 3:30-5:30pm. If your child would like to perform more than one song and you think it will take more than 5 minutes, please sign them up for two consecutive slots. Please, no more than two slots per student so all students who wish to perform have a chance to perform.

There will be seating available in that same corner for family and friends to watch each student perform.

ALL students who are performing need to be signed up using this form. This includes band students who need to choose what time they're performing that works best for them and their family. Please sign your child up to perform by Monday, March 28th at 3:00pm.

Art Volunteer Hours
Art volunteer hours are available!

Fine Arts Night is March 31st, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM! We will showcase art and music from our talented NDDP students, and we need your help! It's an easy way to earn volunteer hours. If you are interested in helping, please contact Virginia Janssen at [email protected] Here is how you can help:

  • March 9-March 23: 3 volunteers needed to pick up art from Ms. Janssen and staple it to colored paper. You can do this in the art room or take it home to staple.

  • March 24-March 27: 4 volunteers needed to pin artwork to the folding display screens and on cork strips. This can be done at your convenience, just set up a schedule with Ms. Janssen.

  • April 1st: 4-6 volunteers to take art down from show

  • Before March 31st: Numerous volunteers needed to bake items for the Student Council Bake Sale happening during Fine Arts Night. Items should be individually wrapped for sale.

Please contact Virginia Janssen at [email protected] with any questions
