With the struggle small businesses are experiencing applying for loans, we found some that are still accepting applications. So while waiting for the government to approve a second round of funding to the Small Business Administration, apply for these grants below. Be sure to have all your documents ready before you apply. San Mateo County Strong Small Business Grant

The application portal at San Mateo Credit Union opens on April 27th at 12 pm . This program will offer up to $10,000 grants for small businesses that can be used for payroll, operations, or other costs associated with COVID-19 impacts. Call 211 for more information or visit the FAQ page .
Paycheck Protection Program Loan (Part 2)

Congressional approval is in process, loan applications should be accepted simultaneously. This time, smaller businesses may have a better chance at receiving funds. The new bill provides $30 billion specifically for community lenders, small banks and credit unions. An additional $30 billion will be allocated for medium-sized banks and credit unions.
Facebook Small Business Applications

Offering $100M in cash grants and ad credits to help small businesses during this challenging time. San Mateo County is a confirmed location. Applications opened on April 20th .
Salesforce Care Small Business Grants

Offering $10,000 in grant assistance to eligible small businesses who apply. Application process opens on April 27th and closes May 4th.
Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) Program

PUA provides assistance for unemployed individuals who are not eligible for regular unemployment insurance and who are unable or unavailable to work due to COVID-19 related circumstances. Applications open on April 28th .
'Stand for Small' Coalition

A coalition of more than 40 companies across media, technology, consumer goods, & professional services have come together to provide meaningful support to small businesses as they navigate the impacts of COVID-19. It will provide millions of U.S. small businesses access to support through valuable services, offers, tools and expertise, among other benefits.
