Dear Early Learning Provider,
Included in this email please find the 2021-2022 Delaware Stars Tiered Reimbursement Agreement form. This two-page document (attached here as a PDF) provides vital information, including the schedule of payments and funding requirements. In order to ensure your program receives future payments, the second page of this document must be completed, signed, and returned to Delaware Stars on or before July 1, 2021.
As a reminder, tiered reimbursement funds are to be used exclusively for the provision of quality care, including the recruitment and retention of quality staff, provision of quality professional development, and purchase of essential materials and supplies. The annual reporting form, also attached and due July 1,2021, helps the Office of Early Learning to understand how Tiered Reimbursement is used across the state. This data assists us in responding to requests for information and in making policy decisions about future funding.

Se adjunta el formulario del Acuerdo de reembolso escalonado de Delaware Stars 2021-2022. Este documento de dos páginas (adjunto a la presente como PDF) brinda información vital, incluido el calendario de pagos y los requisitos para recibir fondos. A fin de garantizar que su programa reciba pagos futuros, se debe completar y firmar la segunda página de este documento y enviar a Delaware Stars antes de 1 de julio de 2021.
Como recordatorio, los fondos del reembolso escalonado se utilizarán exclusivamente para proporcionar cuidado de calidad, lo que incluye el reclutamiento y la retención de personal de calidad, la provisión de desarrollo profesional de calidad y la compra de material y suministros esenciales.
