Launching and Landing

These are exciting times in the Carmel family, as we prepare to launch a new church plant, Mission Chapel, and celebrate the one year anniversary of Redeemer Church Charlotte.  We are moving toward one of our Big 3 goals - Gospel Multiplication!

Mission Chapel will hold its first preview service THIS Sunday, September 13 at 4:30pm in the Student Center.  We would love to have you join us. In the words of Jon Freeman, church planting pastor for Mission Chapel, "God has each of us on a journey and has given us talents, abilities and relationships - God has a plan for you and it may involve Mission Chapel."

There are several new outreach opportunities for the Carmel family during September. Check out the Outreach page to see how you can serve our neighbors in CMS schools, at Carrington Place nursing center, or care for families through Beds for Kids and Congregations for Kids.

Praise for today - the first day of WEE School! This ministry serves 658 children and would not be possible with our incredible WEE School team (5 of whom are pictured below).
