Outreach Collection
JUNE OUTREACH: Project Colombia 
The program provides counseling, case management, advocacy, and religious services (liturgy, Bible studies, prayer sessions,) to juvenile offenders ages 14-16 in Cali, Colombia, headed by Episcopal priest Fr. Daniel Mafla.
