From the Headmaster
Pulse Survey #2
Thank you to everyone who participated in the second pulse survey this year! Your responses on the three survey questions, as well as your narrative comments, are incredibly valuable. I will not publish the narrative comments to preserve your anonymity, but rest assured our leadership team read all of your comments and have looked for actionable trends. Please see the document titled
Pulse Survey 11.19 for the aggregated survey data. One heartening trend that we noticed in the narrative comments, was the love and appreciation our new students and families have for our teachers and our school. It was a good reminder of how special our academy is. As always, you need not wait for the next survey to make your voice heard. Check
our calendar for the next PSO meeting, and lookout for our next round of headmaster coffee gatherings starting in the third quarter. I wish everyone a fun and productive end of the semester and a joyful holiday season.
Warm regards,
Neil Gillingham
Headmaster
