SPAN's staff reflects the diversity of our state and nation at all levels of our organization. Overall, our staff is more than 60% African American, Latino, Asian/South Asian, and/or Native American. Sixty percent of our Project Director/ Coordinator team and 80% of our Management team are people of color.
Adding to that wonderful diversity, almost half of the members of the SPAN family speak languages other than English, including Hindi, Tamil, Spanish, Russian, Belarusian, Swahili, Creole, French, Greek, Haitian, Yoruba, Gujrati, Punjabi, Urdu, Italian, and Portuguese.
We are proud to have such a multicultural staff that can connect with and support anyone in need of our services. In this new year, we ask for your help to fund our continuing efforts to reach families of all colors, races, national origins, and languages.
