David Risberg Memorial
Grant Challenge

David Risberg was an avid outdoorsman with a love of hunting and fishing, and an abiding interest in preservation, conservation and management of natural resources.  A memorial grant program has been set up to provide funding to CFM's affiliated organizations to take action on conservation projects.

David's parents, John and Mary, have set up a challenge for this fund and will match every dollar raised up to $50,000.  Please consider donating today to these boots on the group projects that are funded in his honor.

Share the Harvest
Photo Contest

Share a photo of your harvest for a chance to win prizes from CFM.  Then tell us where you shared your harvest.  If you haven't done it yet, donating is easy.  Simply take your deer to an approved meat processor and let the processor know how much venison you wish to donate.  Share the Harvest is an excellent way to showcase the positive impact hunters have in our communities.  Spread the word to other hunters and community members by sharing the contest in your social media outlets.

End of Year Campaign

For over 84 years now the Conservation Federation of Missouri (CFM) has led the fight to restore and conserve Missouri's wildlife and natural resources. Yet, if history has taught us anything, it is that our work is never complete. Each new year brings different challenges. CFM needs your support as we prepare to continue to work for you in 2020.

Please help us protect Missouri's outdoors with your end of the year donation.

CFM is proud to serve as "The Voice for Missouri Outdoors."   Thank you for your donation  and for being a friend of conservation.

Giving Tuesday

This #GivingTuesday CFM is supporting the future of conservation.  CFM is raising funds for the Conservation Leadership Corps (CLC).  CLC is dedicated to developing the next generation of conservation leaders.  The program focuses on engaging high school and college students in the conservation of our natural resources by teaching them conservation advocacy and policy development, as well as leadership and communication skills.

CLC Students Travel to Texas

On November 8th-10th, six current CLC students traveled to McKinney Roughs Nature Park to attend the 2019 Confluence of Young Conservation Leaders, hosted by the Texas Brigades.  Over the course of the weekend, students were given the opportunity to visit the Selah, Bamberger Ranch Preserve, participate in various leadership and teambuilding activities, kayak on the Colorado River and discuss current conservation issues with peers and mentors from across the country.  This event served as a fantastic learning experience for all involved, and our Missouri students left with renewed passion for their chosen field, along with inspiration on how to further conservation efforts here at home.
