Honoring the Legacy of Dr. King
To honor Dr. King’s legacy and the approaching Black History Month, let us recommit ourselves to anti-racism action and service. You are all invited to attend a virtual event on February 1 hosted by the Multicultural Resource Center, the California Preterm Birth Initiative, and Dante King: The 400-Year Holocaust: White America’s Legal, Psychopathic, and Sociopathic Black Genocide – and the Revolt Against Critical Race Theory.

The San Francisco Public Library is launching its More than a Month – Black History, Culture and Heritage programming beginning Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and running through the end of February. As part of this programming, on February 2, UCSF and San Francisco health leaders will discuss the current status of health in San Francisco’s Black community, lessons learned from 2021, and goals for 2022 at Black Health: San Francisco.

Thank you for all you do to make UCSF and our society a more equitable place.
