With your help, we will be raising $15,000 to help our school meet their fundraising goals!

All families that REGISTER THEIR CHILD and HAVE AN ORDER PLACED IN THEIR CHILD’S NAME by Monday, September 21^st will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card!

Fall Family Photo Shoot

"I am the president of the Home School Association and parent to four children.

We have a wonderful Family Photo Shoot Fundraiser opportunity coming up soon that I think you will be interested in. My favorite photos that I have of my children are from SMO PHOTO and on top of loving the photos, we raised money for All Saints! This is a fun family activity and social distancing will be followed by all. Enjoy! - Janet Mitchell, HSA President

Mother Nature is offering the perfect backdrop for your Christmas card photos!! Take advantage of the beautiful fall foliage while helping out All Saints Catholic School.

SMO Photo is offering 30 minute mini sessions for only $75. A matted 8x10 print and the accompanying digital image of that print is included with your sitting fee. $25 of the sitting fee is donated to ASCS. And don’t worry, you will have a chance to purchase additional digital files and prints - 15% of all sales are also donated!

Car Dismissal and Parking Lot Updates

Thank you for your patience as we have worked through the safest way to dismiss our car riders. Please review these important updates and reminders. If you have a grandparent or family member picking up your children, please be sure to inform them of our new procedures.

*Speed limit on school grounds is 5 MPH for safety!

* Have the paper with the grade and name that was in the student packet on the driver side of the vehicle for drop off and dismissal.

Drop Off:

You may be directed to drive to the merge lane in front of Malta House. This is to avoid backup on West Rocks Road.
After 7:50 grades K-8 should drive to the front of the school building to obtain a late pass for your student.
Pre-K may proceed to the rear of the school building for drop off.

Dismissal:

Pre K dismisses at 1:30. If you also have a child in Kindergarten line up in the Kindergarten line as directed by staff.
Arrive early for grades K-5. These grades are dismissed before grades 6-8. K-5 parents can begin lining up at 1:40 to 2:00 and middle school from 1:50 - 2:05
K through 5 will line up per grade level in the parking lot in front of the playground.
Follow directions from staff to the car line for your child's grade.
If you have multiple students at the school you will line up in the highest grade line and your younger children will be picked up at the sibling area along the sidewalk. They will then proceed to their parent or caregiver.
Middle School grades 6-8 parents or caregivers will park in the fenced area behind the cafeteria and the Gymnasium.

At 2:00 PM the chains will be up and no vehicles will be allowed to enter the parking areas. You will have to wait for all students to be dismissed. Vehicles will exit the school grounds and then you will be directed by staff to pick up your student.
