The application period for 2021-22 College of Science Scholarships is now open. These awards are open to juniors and seniors with declared majors with the college’s departments. Also available are scholarships awarded by each of the college’s departments, as well as university scholarships. To apply, visit https://usu.awardspring.com. The application deadline for College of Science Scholarships is February 26, 2021.

USU offers numerous opportunities for undergraduates to fund and to present their research. Keep an eye on the USU Office of Research website to learn about opportunities.

Join us on Zoom Friday, Jan. 22, at 7 pm MST, as USU neurobiologist Thayne Sweeten presents, “Vaccine Fears: Fact and Fiction.” An online Q&A follows Dr. Sweeten’s talk, during which he’ll discuss public concerns raised by a number of immunizations, including new COVID-19 vaccines.
