Ovum Old Love Oregon White Wine: $21.99
OLD LOVE is a dry, white blend that dreams of capturing the summer sun in a bottle of wine. Aromas of fresh cut blood orange, salty lemon and aloe vera typify this racy, texturally rich white wine. Guided by mother nature, we combine the Big Salt process, with a proprietary aging process to elevate the terroir that each of our five vineyards bring us (citrus, salinity, bright acidity, florality, ripe apricot).
OLD LOVE will pair with nearly any white wine appropriate dish, but is best enjoyed on the porch with nothing else to do.

Winzerhof Stahl Pink Spark: $18.99
Strong rosé-colored spring wine, fragrant on the nose, pleasantly dry and soft, creamy note, elegant, nuances of light berries. The moderate climate with warm summer days and cool nights provides optimal conditions for aromatic development within the berries. The long, cool fermentation causes a portion of the natural carbonic acid to be preserved in the wine. Light and lively, yet powerful on the palate and with good length.

Borgogno Dolcetto d'Alba 2020: $22.99
The Italian word Dolcetto means "little sweet one", this 100% Dolcetto is harvested in Madonna di Como (Alba). Featuring a ruby red color while on the nose, hints of red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry. In the mouth crunchy, vertical, pleasant, sustained acidity and freshness. Thinking of the Langa and the dishes of popular cuisine, the Dolcetto, the farmer’s wine, is perfect with salami, anchovies with basel and garlic sauce, capunet (cabbage rolls stuffed with minced meat), but also baked rabbit.
