SENIORS AND SENIOR PARENTS

Fill out the FAFSA at the
RHS FAFSA Completion Night
TONIGHT! 6:00-8:00 in the Media Center

Financial Aid Advisors will be on hand to help you complete your
FAFSA accurately and completely.

Did you know that most colleges and universities require that you file a completed FAFSA to be eligible for institutional aid? And that aid application deadlines for many Florida universities are in December (some are even earlier, refer to each school's website for date)?  Institutional aid is awarded on first come, first served basis, so filing your FAFSA early is your best bet to receive the most financial aid!

This U.S. Department of Education blog is a useful reference for what you will need to complete the 2020-2021 FAFSA.

Both the student and a parent should create a FSA ID and collect all the documents noted before the FAFSA completion event!

We would also like to invite any interested 8th grade students to come visit our campus and feel like a Knight for a day! Shadowing opportunities are available on six specific dates beginning October 22nd through February 11th. Students many reserve a spot for a day that works best for their schedule by registering here:  Shadow at Robinson IB .

Students registered to shadow are to report on their date to RHS by 9am. Drop off is in the Student Parking lot near the Auditorium. They will take part in a short presentation by some of the IB Faculty and students in the auditorium and will then pair up with a current IB student to experience a day in the IB World! Students will need to be picked up at 2pm at the Student Parking lot near the Auditorium (where dropped off). They will receive a letter to take back to their school proving their attendance for the day. Lunch can be brought from home or purchased from our school's nutrition service for $2.75.  Students may want to bring a notepad and paper so they can write down important info or questions they have along the way.  We're looking forward to meeting you!

Please spread the word to families that are interested in exploring RHS IB about our Open House date and Student Shadowing opportunities. O ur  RobinsonHighIB.com  website has all the information listed above and much more under  Applying To RHS IB/Application Process.

We're Updating to Serve You Better!
RIBLI Membership Data and Online Store

Beginning, Saturday, Oct 7th at 8PM, the Robinson High School IB school directory data and online spirit store will be migrating from  MySchoolAnywhere to Membership Toolkit.  The  MySchoolAnywhere  website and app will be discontinued on Oct 31st.  Once the migration begins, current RIBLI members can still login and access  MySchoolAnywhere for directory information, but family updates and online store purchases will be unavailable until the changes are completed.

After RHS IB family data and online store items are fully migrated to the new site, Membership Tookit , steps to create a login will be communicated through the October 10th RIBLI Newsletter.  The following functions will resume after we have fully transitioned to Membershp Toolkit :  1) accessing RHS IB directory for RIBLI members 2) purchasing IB spirit store items, and 3) registering for a 2019-2020 school year RIBLI membership.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Shin-Yi Henderson at shinhen@gmail.com.  Thank you for your patience!
