The State of Things

 

As you probably know from our regular updates, we've been wrestling with backlogs and out of stocks because the demand for our immune support and adaptogens products has been exponentially higher. Increases began in March from our practitioner customers, then expanded to health food store orders and individuals. At one point in April we had to turn off the option to check out as a guest on the website so we could focus on taking care of our account holding customers and limit the strain on our staff. Some other companies have shut down new orders and new customers completely, so we're glad we're not in that position. We were, and are, grateful for your patience and support.

Things seem to be normalizing somewhat at this point, at least for now, but honestly, no one can predict what the next weeks and months will bring. We've caught up with shipping, although FedEx and UPS are having delays and delivery difficulties. We are able to begin making more of our other products rather than focus exclusively on immune support and adaptogens. Our wildcrafters have been wonderful about getting out to harvest many of the things we need, and our other suppliers have similarly taken very good care of us. We're more grateful than ever for these excellent, longstanding relationships!

As you place orders, please check our Terms & Conditions page, which is kept updated so you always can find out if there are order limitations or significant delays. Please double check your order for accuracy before you hit send! We are not able to accept returns for now, and delivery people are less able to resolve an incorrectly entered address given the higher volume of packages with everyone ordering online what they used to just go buy. Sometimes we need to place limitations on amounts to make sure all of our customers have access to at least some of what they need. While initially we saw most sales focused upon immune support, we're now seeing trending towards support for stress, which surprised no one. Fortunately, that's one of David's areas of expertise, so we have many products to help with that.
