We had two rounds of comments and our architect did a fantastic job by addressing each one. We are now expecting our Planning Commission meeting on February 28th! We cannot wait to share this update with you next month. Our amazing architect is now preparing the construction documents. We also approved our Structural Engineer to prepare the structural calculations for the vertical and lateral systems for both the home and the ADU structure. Expecting our Structural drawings next!
