OF SOUTHAMPTON. UNFORTUNATELY (FOR ME), THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD THERE WERE NO LEFTOVERS THE NEXT DAY, EXCEPT THE DESSERTS! HOWEVER, THE MEMORIES LINGERED ON.
WITH ALL THAT HEARTY, SMOKY, SPICY, RICH FOOD, WE ENJOYED EQUALLY POWERFUL AND FLAVORFUL WINES (NO WIMPY WINES ALLOWED) CURATED BY ENJOIE. THOSE WHO PREFER COCKTAILS SIPPED ON AN ETHEREAL "PURPLE HAZE PUNCH" CREATED BY PAMELA PICKENS AND JUDIA BLACK OF ENJOIE. RED STRIPE AND CORONA BEERS WERE ON HAND FOR THE BEER DRINKERS. TING JAMAICAN GRAPEFRUIT SODA AND TOST NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE WERE OFFERED AS FLAVORFUL NO-ALCOHOL OPTIONS FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS.

1 64 OZ PITCHER OF FRESH-SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE
1 BOTTLE OF MONIN LAVENDER SYRUP
1 BOTTLE OF SILVER TEQUILA, WHITE RUM OR VODKA
3 BOTTLES OF INEXPENSIVE PROSECCO
3/4 TBSP OF MORTON'S OR OTHER INEXPENSIVE SEA SALT
A FEW DROPS OF PURPLE FOOD COLORING (MCCORMICK "NEON")
STIR AND TOP WITH ICE TO FILL THE PUNCH BOWL OR DISPENSER. STIR AGAIN AND LET IT SIT FOR A BIT TO DILUTE AND BLEND THE FLAVORS
