HEALTHY LIVING
STRONG CHALLENGE
Feeling stuck? Let us help you get unstuck! The Wilson Family YMCA invites everyone in the community to participate in a free 6-week challenge designed to help transform spirit, mind and body.
Six weeks, for 20 minutes a day, five days a week, we'll experiment with challenges and rhythms designed to open us up to a purpose driven life that is STRONG.
We are starting Week 3 tomorrow, but it isn't too late to jump in, take the Challenge, have some fun, and discover what it means to be STRONG. For more information, visit wilsonymca.org/STRONG.
