March Meeting
 March 17
7:00 pm

Demo with Steve Rogers

Steve Rogers as an Intuitive Abstract Artist that is inspired by the plein air locations that he teaches in.   When he returns to the studio from his travels, his passion is to paint the emotion and spiritual feeling of place rather than elaborating on the representational image he has already created in the field.   He uses this internal reference as a jumping off point and then begins a conversation with the painting itself. He allows the paintings development to guide his action in an intuitive and responsive manner.
